PHOTOGRAPHY / Echo Artistry offers portrait sessions with a specialization in children, senior class & professional lifestyle photography.

LOCATION / I am an “on location” photographer. Check out the steps below, where I like to tailor to your needs every step of the way.

BOOKING A SESSION  / When you are ready to book your session, simply let me know via the online contact form. I will be able to walk you through the type of session you have in mind and potential dates. Once a down payment is made, your date will be secured. Within a few days of booking your session, you will be presented with a digital introduction packet filled with all-inclusive information about policies and products, as well as helpful hints in preparation for your session.

CONSULTATION / A couple weeks prior to your session, I will touch base with you to discuss any final details of your session such as the location of your choice, clothing options, and overall style in order to best capture your personality.

THE SESSION / Portrait sessions typically take between one and two hours depending on location. I will travel outside of the Chicago area (for a small travel fee). Please consider that because I prefer working with the incomparable grandeur of natural light, there may be a need to reschedule due to inclement weather or inadequate lighting.

DESIGN  / Not only does Echo Artistry’s design service go hand-in-hand with any essentials for your custom photography items, but E/A also offers its service for clients outside of the photography realm. My specialty is print design – focusing on invitations, cards, and announcements. Please connect with me via the online contact form or email with your inquiry, and I will get back to you with a quote and additional information.

ETSY SHOP  / Somewhere between finally creating for my Etsy shop and working on my daughter’s nursery, these patchwork wood prints were brought to life.

My fascination with wood art dates back to my childhood, when my mother would let me use her wood scraps from her crafts. Like naming clouds in the sky, I would try to create something by sheer imagination, while using the leftover shapes. Thankfully, I’ve come a long way since my marker and string bedazzlement days to discover a method that allows me to transfer designs onto wood for a one-of-a-kind and slightly distressed look.

With my daughter’s nursery, I realized I wanted art that brought natural elements into the space with the option to mix and match patterns, colors, and objects. I kept this in mind with the idea that these panels can grow with a little one when his or her room changes by easily adding or swapping out a panel for a new design. My goal is that these quality art pieces become childhood treasures that will endure into adulthood, so they can have something that reminds them of home. Since I design these with a sophisticated style approach in mind, I even find that grown ups can enjoy these panels in their spaces for the first time too! Be sure to check out my Etsy shop for my latest designs.
